Precision Detail & Customz ("PD Customz," "we," "our") provides mobile auto detailing services across the Madison, Mississippi region. By booking a service, joining the Precision Shine Club, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Signature Luxe Detail bookings require a $75 deposit at scheduling, which applies to your final balance. Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit but we'll always work with you to reschedule first. Reschedule and cancel links are included in your confirmation message.
PSC is a monthly membership program. Monthly billing occurs on your enrollment date for the tier selected (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Members may pause, skip, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time by contacting us. Missed monthly services do not roll forward. PSC rates are locked for active members and never increase while your membership is active.
We back every detail with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not thrilled with the result of a service, we will return to remedy the issue at no additional charge or refund the service in full, at our discretion. This guarantee applies only to the workmanship of the service performed and does not cover damage that existed prior to our arrival.
Before each service, we agree on the starting condition of the vehicle (in person or via photos). PD Customz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, mechanical issues, or wear that existed before our arrival. We are fully insured for damage caused during our work and will address any such issues directly with you.
Our standard service area covers Madison, Gluckstadt, Brandon, Flowood, Ridgeland, Canton, Jackson and the surrounding region. Bookings outside this area may incur a travel surcharge, which will always be quoted and agreed to before service.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, mobile NFC payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and checks. PSC members are billed automatically to the card on file on their renewal date.
Discount codes (e.g. PDWELCOME, MULTI25) are subject to the conditions stated at the time of issue. First-time customer codes are limited to one redemption per customer. Multi-vehicle discounts apply only to bookings of two or more vehicles. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PD Customz' total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
