When you book a service, sign up for the Precision Shine Club, or reach out via SMS, email, or the website, we collect the personal information you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and service address. When you pay for a service, our payment processor handles card information directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
We use the information you provide to schedule and deliver your service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, communicate about your bookings, and (with your permission) send occasional marketing messages about new offers or membership opportunities. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run our business — including our CRM (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processor (Authorize.net), and SMS/email delivery providers. We never sell your information to third parties.
